How to end the onging fight with pulling out hair in 1 day!

treatment for trichotillomanai2 Weeks ago I had 7 people over in my in my coaching practice. They all pulled out hair.

Some more than others. All were anxious when the session started. But all had shown up. Why?

Because all were ashamed of doing this behavior. This was a big secret actually. A kind of behavior that often made them feel insecure. Always on the lookout if people would notice.

Never being able to REALLY be happy or satisfied with yourself. The feelings of sadness and insecurity.

All had told themselves for many years, tomorrow it will be better. But when tomorrow came, nothing really changed.

And so, days became weeks, weeks became years. Carrying that big secret with them. Holding themselves back.

Some even lost the belief that they could actually overcome it. But I knew they could learn to transform.

All they needed was a positive experience. Because change can happen in an instance. So we did a powerful exercise.

They all loved it. And all have reported improvements in their daily life afterwards. So I told them how I once attended a training.  And someone handed me a business card.

 On it was some text that made me think. About what was really important in life.

 It was a line from Robert Kiyosaki and red like this:

´Your future is decided by what you do today, not tomorrow´.

That text helped so many people already. People who were fighting the urge to pull in silence. And often crying afterwards in silence.

I always felt blessed to teach them how to take back control. Experience how much fun it is to learn about behavior, subconscious behavior.

But before I could teach them necessary skills, I needed to help them with something else first.

Something that would allow them to MAKE THE SHIFT towards freedom from this behavior!

Because YOU CAN learn how to overcome this. And it does not matter how old you are or how long you have pulled.

Maybe you are not even sure if you can overcome this behavior too. You may even feel that others were just lucky. I understand that.

That´s why I want you to EXPERIENCE making this important shift for yourself.

You can start to walk towards freedom. You can make the shift that will allow you to do so. And you can do it in just one day.

    Thank you so much for trying to help us pullling hair im 17 and its horrible i would always be aware so nobody could notice my head , i have a boyfriend and i havnt told him im embarrase i feel like if i tell him he wont like me anymore i hate when i take showers because i can see how much hair ive pulled i never let my hair down i always have it up on a ponytail and my friends would ask why dont i let it down or why wont i die my hair stuff like that i would always make an excuse like its to hot to have my hair down or i would say That i cut it and i didnt like it , i dont know what to do anymore im a teenage i see beautifull girls with their hair curld up or their hair died and i hate it it makes me feel ugly ,i hate myself for doing this to mee ..PLEASE HELPP
